Poor 4th quarter results have pushed this stock down, and is trading around 26.75. Even so, it posted a 14% growth profit in 2005, when most regulated utilities were 3-3.5%.
I think it's a bit oversold, and this is a buying opportunity. The 11AM call is still going on, but I am going into now at 27. Risky to do during the call, but I have not heard negs yet, and even if there is a late analyst downgrade, there is room for me to buy more.
