Any of you guys have long term dough or rollover money in funds?
I have just found a brand new fund that is very intriguing:
The Ovation Fund, symbol is SYMAX.
It is a fund of funds (not a hedge fund), that invest solely in iShares (ETF's) and is activly managed.
As far as I can tell, it is the only fund available that invest in exchange traded funds. (75% equity/25% high quality fixed income).
I have ordered a prosectus and marketing piece to check out.
What I can tell so far, it has a minimum of $5000 NQ/$3000 Q, A share only, 5% front end, first break point at $100K.
It looks like a very economical way to "wrap" your qualified money, if your account balance is low. Most money managers want a minimum of $100k to get this sort of dynamic management
