My first Ebay experience was most satisfying and I have hundreds of artifacts that I am going to try to auction off now that I am a registered Ebayer and have a PREMIUM ACCOUNT. Plenty of antiques and interesting junk my wife and I have collected over the past 30 years of scavaging just cluttering up the attic. I'll make a zillion! Like everything that is new it is exciting because it is a new experience. I'm looking forward to auctioning off a number of nice old pieces.

Good luck. Ebaying is really fun if you are organized and have the time for it. If you know your shit, you can also buy some stuff and resell it for a profit. But it takes a lot of thruput to actually justify your time.

Definitely something I will do in retirement, along with investing and coaching football.

I told my 17 yr old that last summer he could sell anything in the house on Ebay and keep the proceeds. All he did was watch TV.

Just a short follow-up to the Princeton Little Tigers Program bidding and the outcome. Skiracer wins the program with a totally huge bid of $11.31
As much as I value it I would be willing to put it up on the AUCTION BLOCK right here in realtime say until the end of the year or so with the proceeds to go back to the Princeton Little Tigers. The starting bids would have to be above $20 to start. If we get it over $50/$75 bucks I would match that amount with a gift of equal or more value to the high bidder say with a ceiling of what I give back at $100 whicb only limits my total cash outlay but not the bidding for this priceless volume of antiquity. Although I do not like the idea of parting with this recent acquisition I like the idea of propogating more money for the Princeton Little Tigers with this little idea.

So in the Christmas Spirit the bidding is open until at least the end of January. I'll keep the bids posted in some timely fashion. Tell your friends and relatives about the significance of this auction and that it is not limited to just registered members of this site. I'll start the bidding off at $20. Jeez, Ernie and the kids just got me for $31.31.

Actually...I bot another watch for my wife at BIDZ...a Bulova retail $395...paid $45...Unfortunately we now have 3 watches each and I don't think we need anymore.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the stuff I bot at BIDZ...I would like to buy my wife an Ebel watch but I'm not paying a grand

Never heard of "bid sniper" Billyjoe. This is the first time I ever bid on anything at Ebay or anyplace else for that matter. I am still waiting for the photo of the "huge one" but just to make it a little more interesting I am adding this one of me, just about a year or so home from Southeast Asia, with my hair almost down the middle of my back. Can't actually see it all but it's tied back in a pony tail. That's my cousin Sam just home from the Army in Germany. We were kings back then. Anyone here that wins the bidding can have this picture of me along with the program if they want it. I would gladly send it to them but I think I am going to be the winner anyway. BTW this picture is 40 years old. Those are Striped Bass and Weakfish on that stringer. There's two more photos in this set that would go along with it.
