I am thinking to invest in a shipping industry. So we are in a process of studying everything. I want to know if its feasible or not and if it really has an ROI ( Return of Investment). I heard that some freight forwarders are suggesting customers to procure. I assume that they are supporting the outsourcing scope like procure to pay. On the other hand, its a big savings and prevents risks on all services and goods as well. For that matter, are there any other procurement solutions and software offerings that you know? Anything more to say about a return of investment?
