  • Stop out

I’m currently doing a study of stop outs. If you could let me know over your last 10 trades the times that you got stopped out. Please post accurate info if possible. Those who do not use stops need not reply. My study is on time probabilities of stop outs. The more accurate info I can receive the better this study will reveal the info I’m searching for.

    Thank you for your time,

    Runner,
Just wanted to make sure I did this right. Were you interested in the number of times or what time of day. Could you clarify please. Thanks.

Skiracer, I’m interested in the time of day that the position was stopped out.

I might need some extra training on how to do this poll thing. I hope I don't confuse people to badly!

I should have posted "over your last 10 trades what was the average time of day you got stopped out on".

I think you need to change your time frames, if I got stopped out at 10:30 it would be included.... it should be something like this:

          9:30-9:59
          10:00-12:59
          1:00-4:00
