I have 22 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. Sorry folks, but it is easy enough to get the size of your images right. And someone mentioned the ads: yes, we need those too. Hosting isn't free, and the bulletin board software we use isn't either.

I have no problem w/ the ads...but I do have one complaint...What happened to that cute girl who was on the "Master" Ads???...She got my clicks...Of course my wife sneaks behind me once in a while and wants to click on Mr. M's photo...But I don't think that is PPC... ...IIC

Stopped out of my YM swing for -50 overnight. Shorted the last spike back there at 10325 and it has started out well. I'm an intraday bear today and will hold this all day if it lets me
SNAK took it on the chin today,I guess someone knew when to short above 6 if it was available.

Ya, I'll say it did. This was the last chart I posted for it http://img369.imageshack.us/img369/7...ksept279ps.jpg, and it doesn't surprize me that it has done this. This is just another example of a stock with great potential that shows weakness and a reason to step aside, even despite the fabulous money flow for it. The failure of the weekly channel long five weeks ago was the whisper of this. probably getting close to a good buy location, as I can see it may be in a fifth completion down on the weekly as well as approaching pretty good price support with volume by price at $3.00. However for me, it's got some work to do before it will interest me again. Tokyo was right in steering away from this one has a long-term hold.
Also in review, see how on the daily it had a 12345 ABC to the $5.15 region. That Short really was a good play. Another example of C entry being significant.
As a heads up LEXR is reporting after hours today, and if history repeats itself,it has sold off heavy lately on earnings.I checked short interest, and its up 15% in october.
With a disappointing #,I see possibly 3 lower gap potentials from its recent run up.
In your opinion is it worth a gamble?
Ill be back with chart if I can get Imageshack to upload.
I notice 3 gaps that could fill, plus it looks close to price resistance,a short from above 8 looks sweet. Also seems to be hitting channel, and ,money flow reject.
I need to find out if shares are available to short,.

I think it's a great short setup. Nice spotting dude!
I rememeber this one. If memory serves correctly, I projected the gap projection upside target at 8.25 a while back. It hit that recently and has a double top in place. It's had a sell signal on the 20-day chart with PSAR and money flow index now; that was earlier today when it broke $7.80 support. 3 days ago, the double top was confirmed with a SHS and neckline break at 8.20ish and the R shoulder held as resistance yesterday. Weak today, and the intraday pivot is 8.01. That is a good location to short it, but risk with a stop over the double top is 5.6%, but the gap is $3.33, which would be 58% profit, making r/r over 10, which is good.
Im going to call Scottrade to see if shares are available to short, would like to see a run up to 7.86 and fail, would short from there. If I place a short order on line, would it just not fill if shares were not available?
BTW,yes you did call for a target of 8+ back in early summer,KUDOs

An online order to short where shares are unavailable should result in you getting a message to that effect. IB currently does have shares available to short SNAK.
