I have 22 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. Register for free and you'll be able to post messages on this forum and also receive emails when $$$ MR. MARKET $$$ makes his own trades. ($$$MR. MARKET$$$ is a proprietary investor and does not provide individual financial advice. The stocks mentioned on this forum do not represent individual buy or sell recommendations and should not be viewed as such. Individual investors should consider speaking with a professional investment adviser before making any investment decisions.)

I got interogated by a nice dutch customs official while passing through the airport in Amsterdam... Although he grilled me like I was a terrorist, he was very polite while he did it.
Did he take your hashish and pot away before you left the country?

Good to see you here, Russ. Gave up on AOL, eh?
Did Ernie speak to you about the two week trial and then the monthly association fees after that. You can buy the, "get 12 months for the price of 10 months", if you pay the yearly fees upfront initially or through direct debit from your checking account. Then there are the personality scrutinization interogatories that apply only after the successful completion of the two week trial period. That also can be waived through the implementation of the one time charge for scrutinization absolution allowances. Other than that welcome aboard. Our host supervisor this month is Lyehopper. Caustic personality but a real nice guy. Talk to him about the small registration fees for getting into a little weekly contest we run here called the Portfolio of the Week. Anyway hope you like us as much as we will like you. Does a two year semi cycle have anything to do with Harley Davidson?
thanks Dave. don't think I could read another AMEP post <G>

Karel,
I have some Dutch folk in my church. They go around saying "If you're not Dutch, you're not much!" They are good people, hardworking, and very, very skillful in what they do. They are research biologists for hogs/cattle. They produce vaccines and dietary supplements to increase production. They have a herd of 1500 head that AVERAGES 105 lbs. of milk per cow per day--over the entire year! (In case you are not a dairyman), that's excellent!
My grandfather was a dutch dairyman, an immigrant to LA (Artesia).

There will be some minor egocentric measuring devices attached during the personality scrutinization interogatories. You know the usual electrical prompting hardward. We want to make sure that anyone who comes here has a fully blown out ego and personality disorder. We do have our standards to hold to an from reading the header at the top of every page you can see where it comes from. We don't measure any appendages although if your nose starts growing we'll know where you're coming from. Other than that welcome aboard.
Steel pipe maker...oil industry exposure...all the steels are up today except this one....currently down 75 cents at 43.75 as I post.....just entered for a daytrade....would expect it to rebound today
I saw that Jim...those earnings were pretty strong in my opinion on LSS....all this stuff should bounce back imo......maintaining the course for now, but obviously I coulda had a better price had I waited
Some might see a bull flag on the daily chart...MRVL possibly getting ready to pop to the upside here, although she's already up 2.50 pts.....could be a monster pop. In BRCM from last week based on Robb's post...both of these mentioned in Barrons this week as the place to be in '06.
If this mkt really wants to rally NTES could pop nicely....needs to print over 71...with a little patience I think I can get 10 points out of this one from the 69 level
