How enticing it may be to vent your joy or frustration with witty one-liners like "See that little dog run", people who receive an email notification of your message might appreciate a ticker to get some clue on what you are talking about. Really, it is not that much more work to type

Try to be informative. I am sure there must be a boy scout merit badge for that, somewhere.
