If they are just using the site to collect data to use on their pay for use site, then that is wrong. I'm not sure I could ban them but I would have to think about it.

And for the record I do own utility John Deere tractor and have a hat.

Did they give you the hat for free Sowers?.... I have a buddy who bought a small JD tractor from a residential dealer and got this cool "owners edition" hat FREE with the machine. I bought a 6420 cab tractor.... AND....a 457 SilegeSpecial bailer THE SAME DAY.... and didn't even get a keychain! The JD Ag-equipt dealers are TIIIIGHT!!!!

Sowers... I did my homework, quoted out the machinery, then went to the dealer I like best with my checkbook in my pocket (I know the manager personally too) I "hammered" him so freakin hard there was a pool of blood on the floor of his office when I left.lol.... I'm a hardass negotiator, I was so happy with myself, I just forgot to ask for the hat.lol Luckily there are three dealers within an hour of me. They are all enemies too. I love it!

I'm not a lawyer, but my friend has a friend who plays the part and is 100% successful. He shows up wearing a nice suit and briefcase and often doesn't have to speak. Works well in disputes with banks (hidden fees etc.) Most successful case was negating pre payment penalty in mortgage. Was in very small print. Where do they get micro fonts anyway?
