I happen to one who takes the latest threat from bin Laden seriously. The plan is simple. He offers a truce which he knows will be turned down, and then uses our justified refusal to negotiate with him as the excuse to launch an attack. It is put up or shut up time for bin Laden and he knows it. That is scary. My advice: The Boy Scout motto: Be Prepared.
