The Fed meets Tuesday and most likely will add nothing to its previous statement. It will be up to the new Chairman to end the rate cycle or continue raising. Many analysts believe it is one and done at Tuesday's meeting. A problem the Fed has might be the large forthcoming re-funding announcement on Wednesday. Yields will have to be attractive enough for foreign demand participation.
