    Stockcharts.com

I subscribe to R/T Stockcharts.com...But I used to be able to post links to charts that had many indicators that non-subscribers could see...If a non-subscriber tried to change any indicators or the ticker they would revert to Free Sharpcharts...However, if they changed the ticker in their address bar they could see all the same indicators I posted for the new ticker...Also, if they knew the codes they could even change the indicators in the address bar.

But it appears that it is not possible anymore for non-subscribers...Did Stockcharts block the flaw???...Doug(IIC)

    Hey IIC

When you do a chart, look down for the "Linkable Version" button and click it. Does that give you a link that will do the thing it did before??

It works for me...but not if I log out and not for non-subscribers from what I have been told the last couple of days.

Usually, I don't log out so I see everything...But I ran some tests the last 2 days every way I could think of...And no dice when I'm logged out.

Example...I put up some charts recently of the Pick of the Year(POTY) Top Movers...I logged out before I posted them to see if they worked w/ all the indicators I put up...They did...But now when I'm logged out they don't.

I tried Beta, Old version, Snapshots etc...No Dice on multiple indicators(Over 3). The reason I tried it is because several buddies who don't subscribe asked me about it....I wouldn't blame Stockcharts for blocking it...But it sure took them long enough to realize it...Doug
