    I know more about the Civil War than most.

    But I said nothing about slavery or the Civil War.... I know what and where the "South" is and West VA nor Maryland is in it.... or a part of it....

    I think the map I posted shows what states make up the "South" Park....

( http://www.wvculture.org/hiStory/statehoo.html ) Maryland was a slave state that was not allowed by Federal troops to secede. You never heard the southern accents from those raised in Maryland?

    Maybe so but we don't claim it.... West Virginia is below the Mason-Dixon line too.... But it ain't in the "South" either.... The Mason-Dixon Line was drawn by the English not us....
