NB, this one is a knee jerker to say the least. One crazy stock this PEIX is…

I felt like playing this afternoon--so I sold the $30 JUN calls for $3 and bought the $30 JUN PUTs for $3.50. IF PEIX falls, I'll be sitting pretty. If not, I'll have to buy enough shares to cover those calls . . . .

I made $3.50 per share off of this one. Made a mistake in covering my puts too soon. Now its a $22 stock and looking very ugly. It is going to be interesting to see how far down she falls. May return to being a $10 stock before too long. . . .

Just plain stupid

Here's what I made: $3 off the calls, and $.50 off the puts because I covered too soon, for a total of $3.50

Here's what I WOULD have made had I held my cards:
$3 off the calls and
$9.35 off the put for a total of $12.35 per share.

Stupid is as stupid does.
