I appreciate a good steak, and that 14 oz. New York strip had good written all over it. If they had a baked beet, I'd have ordered it. 
Outback makes a dang good steak. My only recommendation to them would be to get larger margarita glasses!
As to the question of whether 70-ish is the new floor for oil prices, well I just don't know. If it is, there might be some really good deals on SUV's to be had. I've read that Mexico has huge amounts of oil, so why doesn't the United States just annex Mexico and make it the 51st state? That would have the secondary effect of putting that citizenship question to rest also. As for the language problem, there's already one state that had its own language prior to statehood, and that's Hawaii. I can see why some would say, "¡Viva Mexico! ¡Lo hace un otro estado!"
