Post order in forum

Is anyone else confused by the ordering of posts here? I can't tell what is new, what is old...nothing seems to order properly and I can't figure out if there's a setting I can tweak. Is there a way we can order by thread or post dates?

Also, IMHO, we have way too many stickies here...I don't think we need'em at all in fact, except for the rules thread.

Anyway, just voicing my opinion. Rock on.

Whenever there is a new post, the topic holding that post will rise to the top of the forum index (just underneath the stickies). If you open that topic, the new post will be the very last post on that topic....make sense?

Yea, it makes sense, but it makes it difficult to follow the posts and what's going on. Maybe it's just me.

we should roll out the email function soon so that all of the posts will be emailed to you (if you select that option).

What do you think about ordering the individual posts in each thread from newest to oldest, instead of the other way around? Otherwise, you have to forward to the end of the discussion to see the new posts, which feels a little clumbsy.
