MISSION:
To purchase undervalued antiques, art, silver, objet d'art for home and garden. To resell these items to our network of private and Trade clients through the three POSH! boutiques at The Shops of Baileywick, our website www.poshshoppes.com and to the vast network of clients that POSH! has cultivated over the years.
FROM OPPORTUNITY TO BUY TO PURCHASE:
Upon locating an item for sale, an evaluation of the following is made:
A) Are we able to purchase this item below 40% of perceived market value?
B) Are we able to sell this item in our network of buyers and/or store customer?
C) Are we able to move this merchandise in 30 days of less?
If the answer to these questions is yes, POSH! proceeds with the purchase.
POSH's DEMOGRAPHIC:
In North Raleigh, NC where POSH! is located, we are surrounded by million dollar homes, with more going up each and every day. With a higher than average income we are in a very desirable market place. Each day new ground is being broken to bring more luxury housing to this market, and a highly desired buying power to POSH! With Cary, North Carolina, voted one of the best places to live in America less than 10 miles away, we see our market potential as limitless.
INVESTMENT AND RETURN:
Seeking a small, like-minded group of investors interested in a secure and tangible invesment, with a generous and timely return. Investment principal will be utilized for the day to day purchases of inventory at the sole discretion of POSH! Investment return is made on the 1st of the month and the 15th of the following month (i.e. payoff will be on July 1st and then again on August 15th). This 45 day window allows ample time to purchase and sell merchandise. Investors arriving during this cycle will be paid a prorated return. The return on investment is 12% every 45 days.
RISK TO INVESTMENT:
The risk on investment is not a monetary one - our greatest risk is loss of time. Should a buyer be located at the onset and change his mind about the purchase, we will have to locate another buyer and this takes time. Should this occur and we have gone beyond our 45 day projection, the group will be notified and no return on investment would be paid on the principal amount until another buyer has purchased the item.
