Forum Problems

I don't know about everyone else...And I know we don't pay to be here...But I for one am getting tired of the posting problems the last 2 weeks...

I run small forums and I have sites...I know there are Inet problems...But I never remember any that lasted more than a day or two.

Ernie...I sent you 2 emails over the weekend...No response...

This is frustrating...I try to respond to people and I get a bunch of BS...e.g. Post must be 10 characters...Heck...The last one was over 200 words...And then I can't even copy it to save it for later.

Is anyone working on correcting this stuff?...Perhaps that's why the posts have dropped off...Could be the market too...But I think many just get frustrated and just say Forget it...Doug(IIC)

lots of weird stuff for me too, the 10 character requirement came up for me when I was well over 10. I've gotten a 404 message 2x, and what really bugs me is that at the bottom of the page there is still the box where I can type ina quick reply, but it won't let me type in it, so I have to hit the "submit reply" button now.

So I don't post except for the POTW pick. Nobody responds to what I say anyhow.

Well, I figured out what the deal with that was. Right next to the "quote" button is the "quick-reply" icon. You have to click that now in order to activate the quick-reply box.
