Cramer has become an embarrassment

Friedman
I read the article. I got the feeling Jon Friedman was just fishing for something to write about. Cramer attracts viewers, bottom line, and that's what keeps the network viable.
Re "CNBC has faced pressure to keep its core viewers and find a way -- any way -- to attract eyeballs after the close of the stock market at 4:00 p.m., Eastern Time," that's easy: just have Maria Bartiromo interviewing fund managers, Louis Rukeyser style, in any post-4:00 p.m. time slot. Or they could hire Rudi Bakhtiar, send her to a couple semesters of economics courses, and have her and Maria on the show. Guaranteed chart-topper!
I'd like to see a show with Jim Cramer and Ben Stein, one a certifiable lunatic, and the other a stoic, dead-pan, though very bright, guy. They would be like the Felix Unger and Oscar Madison of financial TV.—Rob

Cramer
I liked the commercial CNBC made for Cramer's show, the one where they showed Cramer in a padded room with a straight jacket on. LOL! They must've quit running that one 'cause I haven't seen it for weeks, if not months. Maybe it was offensive to residents of the looney bins.—Rob

Personally, I don't need your information...I have the VTP.

Homer,
Congratulations, you've set the forum record for the longest time it took a person to leave. Are you really leaving? You do have value as an entertainer and if you'd reconsider I'm sure "Homersays" will be a successful thread.
