CLWT chart - looking good?

I usually don't play with these small stocks (under $5 and float under 3 million), but a recent chart of CLWT has caught my eye.

Could it be heading back up to $2.75 levels?

Bear Flag

That long pole down, followed by an uptrending movement for a few days is called "a bear flag," and it waves a warning against taking it long. The PnF says that is just suffered a quadruple support collapse on June 30. That was a huge failure of support. And the PnF price target is $0.00.
