Just found this on El Nino and oil/gas price weakness...from the Houston Chronical.

Nice list. Do you own any of them?

          Yessir,

I still own SPSX and GMRK in my MT account. I sold VVI for 5% gain in my MT account (should have held, but used the profits wisely, so no biggie). NPK is in my father's account that I manage. LOGC was one of my MOMO plays in my ST account. I bought it at several prices and had an average cost of $1.974/share. I recently sold 100% of the position for a total 43% gain since Aug 8!!! Didn't you see my MOMO posts? They are all marked with a big grin, green smiley , right here on this thread...

          Thanks!

btw: I made sure that I have the first three posts on this thread as mine, so that I can edit them as I please and keep the information handy. Any time that you want to see my MOMO plays, my Earnings Plays, and the information regarding the IBD screen, all you have to do is look at the first page of my thread.

Thanks for the article. A warm winter will certainly affect the price of natural gas. I'm really surprised that I haven't seen more news on El Nino. It affected the US so much last time we experienced it, so you would think that the media would be all over it... of course, elections are coming soon...

              Peanuts,
No I didn't. I don't usually pay that much attention to it.

I remember vividly how the price of oil collapsed (as I'm sure Ernie does too...I remember him recommending futures when oil was near $10/bbl..God, could it have been that low?)...I can't believe it will ever see those levels again since that low price was not only caused by el nino but asia was very weak at that time and not sucking oil like they are now.

                        from my MOMO watchlist:

These 2 stocks are looking very good as longs right now:

                        KLIC
                        TGIS

If my indicators are correct, I will buy some today after confirming the moves.

These are not part of any portfolio of mine, but both may be a MOMO candidate

KLIC has been on my list for two weeks. I had an open position in it for two weeks an only exited the play on Tuesday. I've kept it on my list also. I'll take a look at TGIS.

Personally I would want to see some strong confirmation on KLIC right now as I now see that there still might be some stronger selling into any strength that it exhibits.

I'm going to hold off on KLIC until it pulls back, but I am going try for a buy on TGIS tomorrow...
