What's a good broker for finding shares to short?

This maybe a really basic question, but I would like to hear opinions from people are any "specialized" brokers out there that have those "hard-to-find" shortable shares.

We all know that companies like E*Trade, Ameritrade. Fidelity, Schwab hardly ever have anything available that is on the "Regulation SHO" list. But I have heard that there are some specialized brokers that have great access to investory. I am aware that some of them could charge "extra" for finding shares, but in certain cases, I don't think it's such a high price to pay for a potential of making nice profits. Also, I have been told that there are some company that allows to borrow ANY shares of ANY stock, but it's only good for intraday. That is just way too risky!

I should point out that I am not looking for someone that allows to short penniy stocks, OTCBB stocks.

Would love to hear from fellow readers/posters.

I've noticed people saying that Scottrade had shares to short sell when others did not. I think the stock was ERS a few months back, but I'm not 100% sure.
