VDSI ,great earnings with great product. and Frpt just got discovered via general dynamics. Well dats it . would someone please let me know how to find out what u tink about my thoughts. It appears that VDSI is bottoming out on this latest pullback...I think it is OK if it stays above the 20ema which is 11.62.

It looks to me like FRPT is outta gas on this run...But I know nothing about it.

    Welcome...Doug(IIC)

      Julius,
Where are you located and where do you ski. Anyone still cruising the slopes in their 70's is ok in my book. I'm on the east coast and ski the NY and Vermont slopes. Usually Hunter or Windham.

        Welcome, Julius.

FRPT:I have to agree with Doug. I think FRPT will return to the $7 level before too much longer. Did you see those recent gaps upwards? When a stock does that after an extended run it is usually a sign of the top. I wish you the best with it, but I think she pulls back around $7 and builds a base from which to move upwards again.

VDSI:Now this one is different. IF VDSI can bust that $12.40 line, then the chart says she runs to $22. Almost a double! Nice chart

Yea, life is tough ain't it. Nothing like that here on the east coast. Killington, Snow, and Stratton are great skiing but nothing like Heavenly or Squaw Valley. If I was 30 minutes from anything like that I would never work in the winter.

                  Hi Julius.

I like the bullish nature of FRPT right now. The 5th might be good for 15% before the abc correctives one might be tempted to jump all over if it makes a nice shape. I like the probability it's in a weekly 3rd up, so it's not done yet imho. Thanks for the headsup.

Just ran across this by accident:

Force Protection, Inc. Announces Agreement with Armor Holdings, Inc.
                    10:03a ET November 20, 2006 (Business Wire)
Force Protection, Inc. (OTCBB:FRPT) today announced it has reached an agreement with the Aerospace & Defense Group of Armor Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:AH) to join in the production of Force Protection's Cougar medium mine-protected vehicle.

Force Protection will be the prime contractor under the agreement, with Armor Holdings as principal subcontractor, using its Sealy, Texas based capacity and core expertise in the automotive integration and assembly of the vehicle.

"Force Protection's commitment has always been to get the life-saving technology incorporated in the Cougar and our other vehicles out to the field in the numbers needed," said Force Protection CEO Gordon McGilton. "This partnering agreement is an important step to ensure this takes place, especially in light of the increasing demand for the vehicle. We are extremely pleased to work with a company of the breadth and depth of Armor Holdings as we continue to fulfill this objective."

Force Protection's Cougar vehicle has been deployed since 2004 in the global war on terror. Despite more than 1,000 mine detonations and IED attacks, not a single fatality has occurred in a Force Protection vehicle. The Cougar was first used by the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force in Falujah, and its use has since been expanded to all branches of the U.S. armed forces.

Robert Schiller, President of Armor Holdings, Inc., said, "Force Protection's Cougar armored vehicle has a proven record of saving lives. Armor Holdings has a proven record of economically supplying world class quality tactical wheeled vehicles in high volumes, and we are very pleased to be working with Force Protection toward getting this critical capability to our troops."

The understanding between the companies is effective as of November 11, 2006. Force Protection has delivered more than 300 blast- and ballistic-protected vehicles to the U.S. government since 2003.

For more information on Force Protection and the Cougar, go to
                    www.forceprotection.net.

Armor Holdings, Inc. is a diversified manufacturer of branded products for the military, law enforcement, and personnel safety markets. Additional information can be found at

                    About Force Protection

Force Protection, Inc. manufactures ballistic- and mine-protected vehicles through its wholly owned subsidiary. These specialty vehicles are protected against landmines, hostile fire, and Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs, commonly referred to as roadside bombs). Force Protection's mine and ballistic protection technology is among the most advanced in the world. The vehicles are manufactured outside Charleston, S.C.

Julius, have you ever skied Alta? There used to be an instructor there of renown, name of Artie Henriksen. He was a good friend of my husband's and taught me to ski. Did you ever hear of him or meet him? He'd probably be at least 80 by now. Riverbabe
