    Rmbs

This flaky stock looks interesting on the weekly chart on a break over 24. After that, no sleep til Brooklyn or around 44.

    Thoughts?

I'm staying away from India companies at this moment. RMBS specifically- the direction is up in the air. I don't know whether it is a better short or long right here. IF I wanted to invest in RMBS, I would wait for a longer term trend to develop. High risk long.

The chart is bullish. Nice bullflag. I'd buy a break above $24 as Lemon mentioned. Support is around $19.75. I'd watch for an entry here, or else the bust of the $23.75 marker.

NBB, you can pretty much take the last three 3 months and tranpose the chart of those 3 month on top of the same 3 months, 2 years ago (2005)... same exact set-up, but then look what happened during December 2005 after a very nice bullish set-up...

edit: whoops, wrong years... should have been 2004, not 2005

Thanks for the heads up. Never saw that before.

Good point. It's a crazy stock. Similar move at the end of 05 blasted off tho.

RMBS does not excite me at the present. I also think the group is in wait and see mode right here. RMBS IMO just does not trade clean enough. I mean it is all over the place. I think better charts are out here. Anyway best with it and maybe the group will push out of this pattern. I will get bull here on a group push over top trendline…

                wrong years

In my previous post, I indicated 2005 was the comparison year. Sorry, I meant 2004. Here's the charts that I was looking at:

                3 year chart:

                Aug-Dec 2004:

                Aug-Dec 2006:
