        Week 41, Final Results—“Ice Age”

The board has succumbed to a bone-chilling freeze
As an icy-cold wind swept over the land
And to the grand ice castle who holds the keys?
None other than the amazing Ice Man!

Yonder he stands like a strong stone wall
Stalwart, the image of bold defiance
Stenzrob is always up for a brawl
And made a strong showing with Exact Science

In the mountainous jungles way down in Peru
Where disease-carryin' skeeters breed in the ponds
Mining copper is what they do
And Karel's done turned that copper to bronze

          Nice job Stenz and Karel.

The best part is that I actually bot STV for 32.80 on the IPO day. IPO's are not really my cup of tea but after reading about STV the day before they debuted...raised filing price 2 days prior...Offer raised the day before...Great earnings...Good projections and a few articles and filings about the company I figured it was worth a shot.

Sold 60% of it earlier in the week for 53.00 and I'm holding the rest. But in reading more about China Digital I'm confused about what the long term prospects are. Next week I will probably trim some more and let the rest ride unless I can find some compelling reason to hold or completely bail.

NICE one ICE one. Now please don't follow my example and do a "riverbend" next week! Congrats to Stenz & Karel & all the greens.

Thx...But I doubt that you'll see me pick another one like that any time in the foreseeable future

              • Heck of a job there, Doug. Congrats as well to Karel, the perrennial contender. I posted on my thread how I picked EXAS, also some in&out action on WATG that fared better than just holding it for the POTW.

Start me in $ca$h for the next week, please.
I'm looking forward to seeing the YTD update from peanuts.

                        Dear Mr. Rob, sir

Hey, how! IIC, nice job, duuuuuuude. Karel and Stenz had sweet picks too, I see. Congrats, market masters.

Rob, the perpetual poetic power permeating from your fingertips continues to impress. Thanks, and keep it up!

I want to use my snub-nose for some target practice, and will aim for the forehead of CLB. I'll take it short at the opening bell.

I find it interesting that in each of the most recent four weeks the high scores have been higher than the highest score of 2006.
