I have 22 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. Just wanted to let everyone know that I have their changes and thank anyone who helps me with the intraday prices beforehand. It is a very big help and will insure we get the earliest version of the daily scoresheet as soon as possible. With the prices it becomes very routine and so simple that even I can do it. That's the beauty of Rob's scoresheet. And the time element almost becomes neglibible to such an extent that there is even time to spend with my wife and to allow the time for scoring third picks. Under a minimum penalty clause of course. Thanks. Rob, Everytime I mention how well one of my trades is doing it reverses. Like you I say it everytime that it happens that I know I shouldn't do that yet I go back and do it again and again ..... I think we are all in the same boat with those type of situations.

I was trying to point out the seemingly amazing coincidence that everytime I mention to someone or somewhere publicly that a trade of mine is going great that seems to trigger a reversal in it's trend up. It's like it's bad karma or something for me to do that being that I have been so lucky in life that I should keep my mouth shut. It had nothing to do with anyone else except me. But what the hell are you talking about. Please explain your post.

Well it looked like we might have a race but that charismatic Californian IIC (aka Doug) played his position like he plays his women, to thehilt and took everything he could out of the trade leaving itwilted anddrawn out but high enough to take the topposition on the leader board. He's alegend and the proof is in the tape. Another 1st place finish. No wonder the women fall to his feet and he discards them with disdain. He's been heard to utter," my only pleasure in life is that I live to daytrade". 2nd placegoes Sirtuck. Someone is going to have to spray the man with WD-40 and get him out of that suit. Never-the-less he holds on for 2nd place and as he rode off from the joust was heard to say, "I'm not rigid, they are. Where's the WD-40". 3rd Place goes to Karel. Quiet and unassuming but doggedly determined in his quest for the top spot. Bred out of the discipline that is required to live in the sparse cold environment of the northlands his determination proves itself as after holding CHAP for 87 weeksin a row his perserverance pays off with a 3rd place finish. Who knows what drives the Norsemen. So another week is in the books and will be entered in the annals of MM history. But that is another story. See yu'all next week. The introductory week of the 3rd pick and penalty. The final standings please; 1st Place:IIC+8.51% (ugh, gag me with a spoon please) 2nd Place: Sirtuck +4.73 % 3rd Place: Karel +3.75 As an afterthough someone came across a pair of skis, 185's they thought, sticking out of the side of a snowbank. It seems the racer on them ran into a bare spot and took a faceplant. Never made it to the finish with the high hopes expected. Remember: be true to your teeth and they won't be false to you. And here's the scoresheet: Thank you Rob
Ski,
AOB was about $10.31 at the time. If it was $10.30, that's okay, too; obviously I wasn't a winner this week, but at least I was green.
Thanks for keeping score, Ski.
NB, Rob has been helping me with the numbers and the intraday changes. I think your score was already plugged in at exactly 10.34 by Rob and your percentage and totals are correct. And thank you for being a friend New Born. I kind of like keeping score. It's not real hard with Rob's scoresheet and where can a body get to BS and carry on like this with an audience who wants to read the sheet. I should be paying you guys.
Nice scorekeeping job this week SKI But I know it pains you to see me win on your first week of duty ....Who knows???...Maybe I'll make a habit of it now that I changed my name from Mr. Breakout to Mr. Cup w/ Handle...LOL
Seriously...Thanks for taking up the scorekeeping job...Good Work...Doug

Doug, Thanks, I am having a good time. That's a misconception on your part Doug. I am happy for your win and harbor no ill feelings whatsoever, except maybe that you didn't own the stock. I wish you many happy returns of todays event. Mr. Cup w/handle. I saw that name on a porn site not long ago. Something about wearing a mansiere, (bra) called it the BRO, made exclusively for men. The handle, well we can't go into that right here but I have a mail order address for the implement. Congratulations on the win. You're the best and your contributions to this site are immeasurable. Thanks again.
