MR. MARKETS WEEKLY STOCK PICKING CONTEST

PEANUTS WAS WEARING HIS FAVORITE GUINNIE T SHIRT AND WAS FEELING REAL GOOD ABOUT HIMSELF. HE HAD THE TOP SPOT TO HIMSELF, AND WITH ANOTHER PICK LEFT PLUS THE AVAILABLE 3RD PICK IF HE NEEDED IT, AND ONLY TWO DAYS LEFT IN THE CONTEST IT WAS A COMFORTABLE FEELING. HE COULDN'T HELP LOOKING AT HIMSELF IN THE MIRROR. HE ALWAYS ENJOYED DOING THAT. WITH A FINAL BRUSH OF HIS HAIR HE GAVE HIMSELF A WINK AND WENT OUT THE DOOR. WEDNESDAY NIGHTS IN PITTSBURG WAS ALWAYS A GOOD NIGHT. MIDDLE OF THE WEEK AND EVERYONE WAS OUT TO HAVE A GOOD TIME BECAUSE IT WAS HALFWAY THRU THE WEEK AND ONLY TWO DAYS LEFT UNTIL IT WAS OVER FOR AT LEAST THE WEEKEND. HE FELT LUCK WAS RUNNING WITH HIM TODAY AND WAS HOPING TO SCORE TONIGHT. HE FELT THE SAME WAY ABOUT THE CONTEST. ONLY TWO DAYS LEFT. HE WAS ALREADY COUNTING THE MONEY. AT + 4.04 % HE WAS IN THE TOP SPOT ON THE LEADERBOARD. HE WASN'T THINKING ABOUT MIMO100 IN 2ND AT + 2.70 %. BUT MIMO WAS THINKING ABOUT PEANUTS AND WAS TAKING AIM ON THE TOP SPOT HIMSELF. HE KNEW PEANUTS FELT COCKY AND SURE OF HIMSELF. HE ALSO KNEW THAT WITH A LITTLE LUCK ON HIS SIDE PEANUTS WOULD HAVE TO MAKE ANOTHER PICK. IT WOULD HAVE TO BE A GOOD ONE. HE HAD A CHANCE. MIMO WASN'T HEADING OUT TO THE BARS TONIGHT. HIS WAS OF A DIFFERENT MENTALITY. HE FELT THE ROSEARY BEADS IN HIS HANDS AS HE SAID ANOTHER HAIL MARY IN THE HOPE THAT SHE WOULD COME TO HIS AID WITH SSG. HE FELL INTO A DEEP COMFORTABLE SLEEP THINKING OF HOW GOOD IT WOULD FEEL TO KNOCK PEANUTS OFF THE TOP SPOT. GARY611 WAS STARTING TO GET BACK INTO THE SWING OF THINGS NOW THAT HE WAS BACK ON THE STREET. HE HAD BEEN KNOCKING AT THE DOOR OF THAT TOP SPOT FOR TWO WEEKS NOW AND EVERYTIME HE THOUGHT OF BEING ON TOP AT THE CLOSE ON FRIDAY IT GAVE HIM GOOSE BUMPS VERY SIMILAR TO THE ONES HE GOT WHEN THAT GUY IN THE CELL WITH HIM GAVE HIM A WINK. BOY WAS HE GLAD HE GOT OUT OF THERE IN TIME. NO TELLING WHERE THAT WAS HEADING. SO IT'S THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK AND THEY ARE ALL INTO THEIR OWN THOUGHTS AND ASPIRATIONS. THERE WERE SEVERAL OTHERS ON THE CUSP THAT ALSO WERE THINKING THEY MIGHT HAVE A CHANCE. THE THOUGHT OF WINNING AND BEING ON TOP ALWAYS BRINGS OUT THE BEST IN ALL OF THEM. AND THEY ALL WANT IT SO BAD THEY WOULD CONSIDER DOING WHATEVER IT WOULD TAKE WHATEVER THAT MAY BE.

I had started to enter your pick the other day but I learned that according to the rules you were outside the allocated time limits. I'm not one to make a big deal out of rules and holding steadfast to them but in this occassion I am going to have to deny your entry.
Please don't let this dissuade you from becoming a player in the POTW in the future. We want and need players and don't want to chase anyone away. In this case allowing your entry would open the door for others who may or may not do the same thing. Please take a look at the rules. There is a link somewhere to them. If you cannot find the link just ask and someone will get them for you or certainly direct you to them. Again please don't let this stop you from participating next week. There are two primary rules. You must enter a pick before the open on Monday or you must enter cash, the symbol for cash is the $ if you decide to go that way. Once in cash you can relax and do nothing as you will be in the game and protected against the -3.00 penalty for not playing in any given week and can enter any two picks from that point at any time during trading hours that week. Looking forward to seeing your entry this coming week. Ed

Terribly sorry guys but no commentary tonight. A few problems at the construction site last night pulled me away from all of this. Here's the scoresheet.

1ST: Pete Hansen + 8.3 %
2ND: Peanuts + 7.74 %
3RD: Mimo100 + 2.94 %

I haven't been following really close, but how does riverbabe have a previous -9.37% and current -1.34% and that adds up to +2.04%? I think the "prev" entry is not right, right?
