It doesn't really matter...it was just a shot. The NYSE says it opened at 35.00...Stockcharts says... 30.00 ... Scottrade says 25.74...MSN says 31.80...Now I see why Rob hates IPO's.

For future reference, you may want to wait a minimum of 10 minutes after the majority of brokers, and the exchange itself, reports "open for public trading" prices. This should eliminate some ambiguity.

Rob, if you would like to amend any of the rules as they are stated, just post the changes, and I will make the appropriate changes to the "rules" post

I was checking the same site which I used for the opening price, and found a closing value for STV @ $28.00 (same with Stockcharts and Yahoo!). For the yearly scoring, I was going to adjust IIC's score to a -9.28% for the week. But only if you agree.

Yes...the close was 28...I don't know where 15.50 came from???? Interesting that the NYSE changed the open to 30.00 now...but no matter.


Anyway...Congrats to River, Pete and Stenz.

Next week I will pick STV long at the open. It was up quite a bit a/h...Chinese markets back open on Monday and a new QDII on Tuesday...Rob, what is the record for a one week gain???

Yes I was in school on Friday. I had class from 9 am to 9:50 am and we are allowed 10 minutes to walk to our next class. Hey I got this cool phone for my b-day, it's a Sony Ericsson W580i. I can surf the web and check email whenever.
