So far, so good.Originally posted by riverbabe View PostThe Rev's market musings this morning at www.sharkinvesting.com are an interesting read. The Rev is giving this play further room to run but suggests locking in some partial profits especially on a soft open in the morning. He says tighten up your stops and make sure you don't let profits slip away but give this play a bit more time as the market is looking dangerous.

Looked at CCC. Quite an uptrend! ADX and all indicators pointing up except RSI. A little overbought. PnF looking for 17.25. Down today back into uptrending channel. Didn't hit top of projected channel this time. Doesn't like that Resistance around 12, likes to kiss support at 9 dma on daily. The weekly is simply stunning.Originally posted by Tatnic View Postno need for apologies.....I'm the ultimate dropped call. I post very sporatically. Cramer says that he doesn't like it because it was a spinoff 10 years ago from Merck or something... I think it's time he goes on his show like this:

We all make mistakes... time to fess up

SDS - Tues. night
According to the Rev, SDS traded down 23 cents after the marekt rallied a little into the close. He notes that "the market is not making any progress and we will stick with this trade for now but will put a stop around 50.50 just in case."

Monday night thoughts on SDS
Well, bird or shark, the Rev thought that SDS had a great day yesterday. He is terming it "our vehicle for playing a market pullback this week." "It offered an ideal entry point on the gap up open in the market this morning. Remember the SDS moves inversely to the market and therefor you would be up on the day if you bought the open. The market continues to look vulnerable for a pullback and we will stick with this trade for now."

Tatnic, I am totally stunned by your desciption of your bird, and also absolutely thrilled with your description of meeting it. I want to walk with you. I want to find what you find. You are absolutely the best! I truly want to share this with you. That's all I will say here. RiverbabeOriginally posted by Tatnic View Post...the other day I was strolling along the beach (at high tide you can't run) when I found a bird I have never seen before (it was dead). I studied it for quite a while so I could remember its markings and google it. Turns out it was a northern gannett. Pretty interesting marine bird that is not usually found dead along the coast of Maine. You may have seen footage of it on some nature show.....it sky-dives from over a hundred feet above the water surface, and plows straight into the ocean after bait fish. Its wing span was over 6' and has a long, knife shaped bill and very stream-lined body. It hits the water at over 60 mph....apparently the bird has special air sacs that absorb the impact of the collision. It also has a very interesting mating dance it does...oh well, enough of wild kingdom.

BTW...I wish these supposed Gurus would stop giving out Mis-Info...the 2x movement is only a target...As a matter of fact, SDS is only down 1.5x the upward movement of the SP 500
