LNG It's A GAS !
Cheniere Energy LNG is a small natural gas sleeper beginning to show signs of life. This $2.70 microcap utilizes "Fracking" drilling technology , a vertical and horizontal drilling process, that can extract huge amounts of natural gas from the shale beds right here in the US. The Energy Information Administration estimates that we have 2,500+ Trillion Cubic feet of nat gas , enough for 100 yrs.
Bills in congress are proposing replacing gasoline and diesel fuel used for transportation with nat gas. LNG Currently IMPORTS liquiefied nat gas , but the tables are turning and LNG is currently working on positioning itself to be one of the first EXPORTERS of NAT gas. LNG recently joined forces with J.P Morgan to help them expand into world markets . They are contracting with Japan, South Korea and working on CHINA.....LOOK OUT!
Oh yeah , and I almost forgot to mention that the Billionaire John Paulson , the man who predicted and made billions off the collapse of the subprime mortgages, owns 13% of the LNG shares. This guy is one sharp cookie and would not throw his money down some rathole. I am sure he definitely sniffed this one out, and apparently sees profits in the future.
LNG took a hit , and I feel the downside is limited , but with the future..... the sky is the limit. Definitely one to buy and hold in an IRA or Roth Portfolio !
