All the following stocks are at 52 WK Highs and on MR Market's Bear Dump list Except for ENER ( At 52 Wk Low) And DXD ( AN ETF Which Double Shorts The Dow) and PARD!

The futures are down as I write except for the Nasdaq whickh is up a hair. Today will be a tricky day .

4. JOEZ LONG Joes's Jeans Will have an earnings release on 7/15/09
5. BGZ LONG An ETF whcih bets Large Caps To Go DOWN TRIPLE (Very Volatile so use a 20% Trailing Stop Loss!)

I actually missed a good reentry for ZAGG when it was around $5.8 the other day, I think it might hit over $7 this week. I might look for a good opp to buy some tomorrow.

I also like JOEZ, looking at chart short term we may be able to squeeze out at least 10% out of it depending on market condition. RSI is a tad below 70 and good thing MACD histogram just crossed above 0. PPS had increased over 47.% in 3 months and over 63% in the last 6 months

Gross margin is 48% with net profit margin of over 7% with .09 EPS, additionally company seems to have good news lining up. At .79 a share, downside is limited and upside is unlimited. I might take a small position tomorrow anticipating good earning on Wednesday.

STEC is still a good pick ......BUT it is a bit extended ......If you have it I would use a $3.00 TSL Trailing Stop Loss on It .....but I would not buy until it dropped back to about $28.50 !
