13 may be an unlucky number for some .......but trust me this "bakers dozen" of BARN BURNERS should blow the doors off your portfolio . I generally don't like stocks under $5 , but the charts on some of these low priced bad boys are very impressive . All stocks in this list UNDER $2 will be noted with a *. Some may choose not to buy these because of their speculative nature ....BUT sometimes in life .....one must say "FU** It and go for the gold! That having been said .....let the games begin!

Steel I use www.stockcharts.com ....I set it for Landscape , Candles , 6 months , Chaiken Money Flow, 7 30 80 DAY EMA , RSTI ( Relative Strength) on graph TOP and MACD Down below graph.

Set this up and you will notice after the close on 7/23/09 CYTR was bouncing off its 7 DAY EMA and ABOVE ALL 3 Averages. MACD was POSITIVE, volume was 3 million shares Relative Strength Was sloping up and about 70 ....ALL these my friend .....point to a powerful chart ....and this is how I pick them! Sometimes I check the fundamentals.....but most times ....I really don't give a rats ass!

Steel the "Penny" stocks are tricky ....always set tight stops and the sell is automatic. I am sure CYTR will bounce back!
