I bought intraday (waiting for volume to show up) at the price that turned out to be the exact high of the day. Although still well w/in 5% of the buypoint.

That's always a bummer...In fact I got a call this evening from a good friend of mine who also bot higher than the close...

But the vol. picked up as it went thru 51...Obviously we cannot always be there at the Prime Time.

Tonight...I'd say it pulls back some more at the open on Friday...But not to fret at this point IMO as long as 50 holds(And I don't expect it to really go below 51) which I'm fairly certain that it will unless there is some unexpected news.

Below is the chart I sent out in my Free Email yesterday...Obviously, today's action is also on the chart which was not there yesterday...I believe we could see 60ish soon (a week or two):

Er, oops, I didn't do quite that bad. What I meant to say was I bought at what turned out to be the exact close of the day: $52.25

I am not worried about this, though. The volume and price spread was very bullish. After 3 strong updays, though, you are right that it will probably have some profit-taking tomorrow. My stop is $48.65, based on 3 * ATR(14).

KYPH went down to 51.50...Recovering nicely and is now green
