RHD looks ready to crash and burn

print ad sales... bad industry to be in right now.

Looks like it is forming a head and shoulders.

    forward p/e of 34.

    10.2 billion in debt.

this looks like a perfect opportunity to buy some puts.

    Thoughts?

    Agree

The insiders are selling at just about every chance, while only buying deeply discounted shares from options.

If they could make a transition fopm print to on-line focused, they have a chance, but old line co's like this move pretty slow.

I think it looks pricey too..however, I personally wouldn't short it unless I saw some confirmation.

A drop in price....just like when I buy a stock for its momentum going up, I would feel the same way about shorting a stock going down. I don't have to be first to the party. As long as you are not last, you make money.

            Do We Have Confirmation?

How many down days in a row do we need for confirmation?

Is there a minimum one day percentage drop?

Do we look for a certain short-term moving average to cross below a longer-term moving average?

            Thanks!
