I have started to follow the chart of FWLT. Wow is almost the right word to use. Vector Vest is giving it a $156 "fair value".

Is there a cup and handle forming here?

Would love to hear any and all comments. I am thinking that if it breaks and closes above $111, it goes straight to $120's range.
