here's the small cap play i promised... the symbol is NEON, this thing should really fly -- phones are flying off the shelves, the sales are great and it's really flying under the radar

          momo,
Based on past performance it doesn't look good. 5 year chart is horrific. Was once over $40 now under $5. It has little volume, high beta, neg EPS, neg. pofit margin, neg. ROE, and is a mini micro cap at 10.4 million. Tell us something good about it. There must be hundreds of better candidates.

NEON? That's it? Out of all the wonderfully bullish charts in the world you pick this one? I might have had too much rum tonight, but this looks like it's got as much potential as most of your momo scalp picks. Today's daily band action is distinctly bearish. The 5-year monthly chart is bearish. The 5-year quarterly chart is bearish.

I reckon it has more chance of trading at $1.30 than it does prices over $6.70.

Now, a monthly close over $6.10 and it'll look more impressive. Til now, I'd pass.

            But thanks anyway, momo.

I have not read anything about NEON...But I think you guys are being a little harsh on MoMo.

If I got it right???...MoMo is looking for stocks that may be potential news plays based on some new deal, new product etc.

Technicals have nothing to do with it as I see it...And past fundies probably don't either.

Don't know if I am right MoMo???...But I know a few guys who do that...In fact one gave me HANS which I bot early 2004 as some may remember...I paid 15 and sold at 25...But, split adjusted I would have paid under 2 bux and now it is 57....Of course this guy gives me many that tank...But my whole point is...Give MoMo a break and respect him for what he is doing and offering...It may not be for me or you...But I suppose his ideas are interesting to some???

I agree. This is why I bought TRA on 7/17. Sweated bullets for a while but it's doing nicely now. Riverbabe

Hearing TRA got a bid from AGU in the mid 40's.

Maybe I'm just having a grumpy week. River, you seriously held for -38% on a hot tip from a stranger who scalps based on rumors?

TRA was on my May 29th S8 list and had moved over +50% in the month before you bought it. And you wouldn't have sweated any bullets on that entry.

Grump all you want. I still love you because you're right as always. And I seriously did that! I questioned my sanity quite a few times there. But I absolutely refused to recognize that paper loss in a nasty bear market. And you keep losing my fish. Now that's discouraging LOL. And I apologize for being stupid enough to not be checking S8 regularly. Spike, thank you for the wakeup call again. I echo Newborn -- please stick around. We need you here. River
