    Mr.Market,
I have 3 of these ranked very close and the 2 that are ranked a bit lower have outstanding projected earnings in relation to P/E. Here's my rankings based on 400 possible.

    ACH----325------all around outstanding fundies
VDSI---317------has an MM prototypical chart---sales and earnings monster
LFC----316------can we trust the numbers on this?
    KOP----308------12 month earnings +346%----P/E 18---wow!
    LXU----294------chart looks shakey to me

I think I'd wait till the CPC's National Party Congress concludes this week before I made any long term Chinese stock investments:

At the Communist Party Congress on Monday, President Hu Jintao all but ruled out significant political change.

            the top five scoped out

let me just say, 24" monitors ROCK! I've got a huge spreadsheet open and this page so I can easily comment

ACH, current P/E 25.4 average for last 6 years, 10. they have good sales and earnings growth, 5yr growth phenominal. the PE scares me though, PEG is over 3. I usually look for <1

            KOP, not enough history. PUNT

            LFC, same problem PUNT

            LXU, really erratic earnings. PUNT

VDSI, haven't been making money very long. PUNT.

so by default, ACH might be a go. but not at this price5 of the last 10 days have been down. IT looks like it might be hitting resistance at the 80 level. It has been on a tear since mid august, with about half that time spent going roughly sideways. I'd rather let it go sideways a bit longer, and buy on a pullback. which it is likely to do.

I have a 22" ...took me a few weeks to get used to it tho...However, now I want a 24"...My trading partner has a 30"...But I think 22-24 is probably good enough.

                ya

my friend that I got this from upgraded to a 30"

I just can't justify that much money for a monitor. I still have a 21" NEC CRT jobby I got back in 1992. it works great. it was 1152.00 refurbed.

Let's look at the charts to see which one is most likely to hit the 15% marker first.

ACH: due for a pullback. Touts a high pole warning Oct 16--yesterday--so it is showing signs of a consolidating pullback coming. I like it to $113 anyway. Should make the 15%, but might pullback to $70 before it hits $100. Has a wonderful option chain: it just drips cash.

KOP: has a Dow Theory target of $47 on a $42 stock. PnF says this may be it--consolidation coming. Should see $40 before moving higher. And the option chain is pretty weak.

LFC: has had a beautiful run! But I like the $89 entry if taken, and I do not count the waves very well, but it looks like its completed a 5th wave and is now due an ABC correction. Wait at least for the $89 entry. The option chain drips cash.

LXU: has great potential. Target is $35 on a $23.81 stock. Looks likely to break higher to me. No option chain.

VDSI: what a beautiful chart! A rocket shot into the stars! But I think she has topped for now. Has a nice option chain.

My conclusion: gotta love that ACH has the #1 choice. LXU is my #2 choice, with LFC placing #3. VDSI is a nice pick also, but places #4. KOP isn't the one for me.
