Just think a neighbor's house sold 2 yrs ago for more than the asking price .....people were beating his doors down with higher bids.....TODAY a house across from me sits for sale for 4 months .....not much traffic at all....he would be praying for just 1 bid.....he has already cut the price from 690 to 660 and NO takers . Read the following report .....and BOTTOM LINE ......don't even think of buying building stocks yet .......the WORSE is yet to come ........OUCH!

So true... I'm just glad I bought my modest little home back in the 80's, when prices were much lower.

I've been crying for 2 years...problem is that I was too early...Houses in a nice area...Fairfield CA ...asking price down 50% vis-a-vis 2 years ago
