I'm going to go out on a limb here, putting my virtual money where my virtual mouth is, and say: Sell KTII and buy GOOG. Thank you, thank you.

I'm not expecting GOOG to beat expectations or anything dramatic like that ... I'm just kind of thinking that all the doom and gloom might have been a bit overextended. Anything better than that would be icing on the cake.

Normally I don't like it when cake has too much icing on it ... but this one sure tastes good.

"Especially the double digit ones". OK, count'em! Do you count 5? I count 6. And no, I didn't count bat, because hags was talking about the "greenies". So, who is my 6th double digit greenie? (drumm roll) Who else but yours truly! This is how I get double digits, if not in this weeks scorecard, then at least in my Marketocracy fund and in real money:

The close hags has for QMAR is the Monday close. Tuesday, every QMAR owner received $13 in cash for each QMAR share owned, plus .3979 shares EXM for each QMAR share. The combined price amounted to 24.40, or something like that. But then EXM just went ballistic and closed the week at 37.70. Do the math: $13 + (.3979 * $37.70) = $28.00. That is a gain of $4.24 comped to the opening price this week ($23.76), or a gain of 17.85%. Hurray!

BTW, I completely missed that the merger would go through imediately, and only found out when I decided to check where all the cash in my account suddenly came from.

O yes, congratulations to Stky, and also to Rob and Ray.
