Yes, it is a scam. You know, it isn't quite ready yet, but they have this other product you might be interested in, and the cost of that will be deducted from et cetera. And frankly, a 3 (or even 5) times gain in MPG? That alone should give the show away.

They are also talking about a plasma (several thousand degrees Centigrade), but how the heat of an exhaust pipe (several hundred degrees Centigrade) is going to get that far is left as an exercise for the reader.

Karel so many Scams

There was also some "New Rotary Type Engine" In the past .....that one went over like a lead balloon. The Stock "Pumpers" are out there ....you buy the stock at its peak .they bail out .....and U get stuck holding the bag!
