Don't waste your money here at this time. You'll be sorry that you bought a stock that is going down, down, and down some more. If you are new to investing, I would imagine that you do not know how to sell a call or buy a put. So you have no protection at all.

Looking at the market at this time, I'd tell you to stay on the sidelines for awhile longer. This market is headed further South, imho. As for C, the PnF looks like she has two possibilities: $22 or $19 as its ultimate low. If $19 fails, it may very well go completely bankrupt. Not looking for $19 to fail just yet; I am just saying that you want to look at an entry at $22. If that fails, $19.
If $19 fails, run for the hills.

    Best wishes to you always.

I suggest you look elsewhere...Like stocks in a moving group

Stay away, unless you are shorting it. It is close to time to short C again.

I wonder just how "strong" the entire banking system in the US is at this time.

what do you think it will do? are you still holding the position. you were in around the 24-25 levels weren't you and held thru 28-30 range. you had 4-5 points. did you let them get away from you or did you take some off the table?
i shorted it at 25.97 and am still holding the short position. i think it could easily drop to the levels around 20 - 22 range this week which i was looking for when this conversation first started a couple of weeks ago. the charts all look weak.
