Shorts are going to Fry, I love it!

Rch will be one of the best stocks to own 2008 and beyond, what briefing fails to realize is that the fundamentals with backlog are not just ok but great. 160mil+ revs all ready booked this year, forward EPS around .45. Since a growth stock expect pe to be in the 50-100 range. I will play devils advocate and suggest 30 pe, thats still over 12 dollars and its trading at a discount. Use a pe, of 50 and we talking over 20 and pe of 100 45.
    .................................................. ............
AND THE BEST PART IS Q1 IS NOT EVEN DONE YET<> CANT WAIT FOR Q2 Q3 Q4 and Beyond!

    Small Cap Ideas

Large-cap stocks have been getting most the attention in this recent market rally, with a lot of focus on the strong move in financials, homebuilders and technology stocks. If this rally has legs, we think investors will increasingly look to small-caps for outperformance. As such, we screened for small-cap stocks with the following characteristics: 1) it has been sold off aggressively as a result of the market sell-off, not a fundamental problem; 2) it looks poised for a rebound; and 3) to add a measure of safety, the stock must be profitable, have a lot of cash, low debt, and high revenue growth. Here are some names that have sold off, but look interesting down here: RCH.

China Architectural Engineering (RCH 5.64 -0.10) -- former momentum name has small float, stock has built a strong base
This one is more of a flyer, but we just wanted to mention this recent IPO because it was the ultimate momentum name in early October when it spiked from $5 to $27 in a week. Its tiny float of just 800,000 shares attracted a lot of traders.
The fundamentals here are not that bad. The company makes specialty curtain wall systems, including glass curtain walls, stone curtain walls, metal curtain walls, roofing systems for public works projects and commercial real estate in China.
The company is profitable and posted 2007 revenue of $86.6 million, up 37% year-over-year with 19% operating margin.
    **************************************
Highly Shorted Stocks with Float of 10 Mln Shares or Less
We highlight these stocks for active traders looking for small floats and high short interest for a potential short squeeze. See Top 30 data for RCH

RCH as of MArch 08, 54% of float short, 1.1 million shares

i've been kind of studying this pattern for a good time mother and have traded it many times to the plus side. some that you think are going to be great are terrible and visa versa. there are a few things that i have noticed over numberous charts and patterns just like this is that uniformity is important and the % of success and them completing the cup and right side is much higher when they are a uniformly U shaped cup. also when they are a minimum of 4 wks in length. 6-8 wks minimum is a much higher % and a few months up to 6 months is better. I usually do not make the play until they are 4 wks into their base bottom and beginning to make the turn up. i like to see them making a decisive turn up on the right side. and on top of that nothing is in concrete except the person trading the setup knowing that it is tried and proven to work a higher percentage of times under those constraints and controlling the trade with a precise plan. stocks at this price level are ok for buying a thousand shares and throwing the dice on 400 or 500 hundred bucks and is cool if they click but it is not what i do although if this stock put more time into it's bottom without sacrificing uniformity and any duration i might buy some just on the pattern alone. i try to keep the trades in stocks over 2 and at least 250000 adv. i like to see 500000 adv. good luck with the play.

i want you to understand that i didn't know or see anymore about what was going to happen or as it did. i just play the percentages as i see them. it might spike way up tomorrow. these lower priced ones are so volitaile and can have wide price swings. although i may see it differently i am always rooting for everyone do well. concentrate your time on anything over 2-3 bucks and min. 250-300000 adv. use these for mad money.

                      Ski,
Don't you hate it when you think you've found a great stock then realize it's made the right side of the cup in 1 or 2 days and sure as sh#@ if you buy it will drop equally fast. I noticed a lot of buyouts or buyout candidates have this pattern.

added RCh here as it bases, next week road show commences. All it will take is a few institutions buying a few mil to get the shorts scrambling. The road show starts next week and expect to see Piper Jaffreys 10 dollar target smashed by q1.

So far this year in q1 they have backlogged orders of over 160 mil almost double of last year, and q1 still not over. However i do expect some updates as soon as next week as road show will commence. So with that said so far forward eps, should be around .42. Using a 30 multiple that puts it over 12, now i believe this is about to get noticed. With a very small float around 8 mil and os of 50 mil. As institutions start to buy a few mil shares, the stock price will have to play catch up.

Piper just put a conservative 10 dollar target on it.

Piper Jaffray Starts China Architectural Engineering (RCH) at Buy

                              April 8, 2008 3:33 PM EDT

Piper Jaffray initiates coverage on China Architectural Engineering, Inc. (AMEX: RCH) with a Buy rating and $10 price target.

The firm said, "We believe this China-based firm specializing in the design, engineering, and installation of high-end curtain wall systems will capitalize on the strong growth in nonresidential construction in China."

The firm also said significant contract wins and sizeable project backlog provide increased visibility. They say the stock is undervalued at its current price of around $5.60. [LJ]

Now next week starts the first road show so expect institutions to be buying and more analysts to take notice, the beauty about this is get in before the herds!
