I wanted to know if there were screeners that have a setting such that you could start with the latest list of the IBD 100, and then add your own requirements. So instead of screening through say the entire S&P500, you could instead just screen through the IBD 100.
I'm not looking for techniques or specific stock screen settings quite yet, I just want to know if its possible to set a requirement on a screener that is equivalent to "is on the current IBD 100""Trade What Is Happening...Not What You Think Is Gonna Happen"

IBD provides an Excel spreadsheet of the IBD 100 which you can download if you are a subscriber.
Which stock screeners are you using these days? There aren't many free ones left on the internet that are any good.=============================
