    • with a share price of 50c or more;
    • with a market cap of 50M or more.
These requirements might be waived for a company that actually has (continuing) revenue.

This should keep the worst of the breed out.

Sounds good, but I first bought JBII at .20....

One of the problems I see is that there is no confirmation of the announced debt redemption (effective 12-29) and another that the production schedule has a delay. I like the attempts to get JBI listed, but I would like revenue even better. Yet another possible problem is that the number of authorized shares recently was doubled, to 150M. About 60M shares outstanding, of which 25M float. And there seem to be more people working on catalysts.

That is taking a very negative stance, however, and all these (possible) problems notwithstanding, I remain in JBII, but I will continue to trim the position back on the way up. My next sell target is 7.90; I will lose money when JBII drops below 2.40. And I am not betting the bank on JBII. Nobody should be.

Karel your money management is great ......my philosophy has always been ,NEVER to marry any stock .....and God Forbid , dont bet with any money you CANNOT afford to lose.
Hopefully JBII goes AMEX so that I can set a Trailing Stop Loss!!

I have been doing some DD on SKGO. They appear to have a patent! From Google’s cache:

This obviously has come to nothing. Most fuel enhancements are worthless rubbish, and I am amused to see them peddled for stock pumping.

Of course the pumpers at iHub removed this intro message for the new green merger. The merger raises some questions. It is not clear that the other company has revenue. It is not clear what SKGO can bring to the table for the merger, they seem to be an empty shell. This leaves dilution as an option to finance the merger.

The share structure according to the link above is 500M float, 2B restricted and 1.5B not yet issued. I understand that restricted shares may become unrestricted simply at a certain date; a nice moment to cash in. But financial sites like MSN, Yahoo and Reuters have no info on the share structure. It could change any moment with regard to the merger.

SKGO seems to be assisted by Mina Mar/Miro Zecevic. They seem to be experts in the selling of shell companies.

OK, it is possible to make money with such stocks. But why would anyone want to be in on a scam?

    Regards,

    Karel

Penny stocks, and sub-penny’s even more, merge like no other. For some it seems to be their main reason for existence. A pending merger may be an excellent opportunity to pump a stock and not much more. Is the pending merger really all you can say about it? And please do not ask me to my do own DD. I am DDing you, not the stocks.

That does not mean I do consider you to be a pump-and-dumper, but your recent actions do raise some danger flags.

    Regards,

    Karel

If you buy at these low prices you'll be rich by next week. Just watch and you'll be sorry if you miss out.

Do your own DD on the stocks and you'll see how good they are.
Guys REMEMBER Rome was not built in a day ........and it did not FALL in one day either LOL! Yes stox selling in fractional part of a cent can make strong gains .......but the gains can disappear faster than they came , and the spread can kill you on those stox!
