I have 22 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. What methods do you all use to find the best stocks?
I am a member of an elete stock picking group called "The VTP".... I use the methods of the VTP, I am Loyal to the VTP.... That's all I'm allowed to say.
On most up days I look for the best movers in the strongest groups...On down days I usually look at ETF's...Using the technicals I follow for day trades...Doug

Don't you run into the problem sometimes when you look for the strongest movers they have already moved up and miss out on most of the upward move?

Of course I do...I miss at least 10x as many as I catch...However, I look for pullbacks and subsequent moves...A matter of being at the right place at the right time...But that is the hardest part.
