    The $34,000 hypocrite

The Obama administration is going after--are you ready for this?--tax evaders.
Wow. I'd think the first ones to land in the 'pen would be the entire Democratic party. Speaking of the devil, the one who spilled the beans is none other than the $34,000 hypocrite himself: Timothy Geithner, Secretary of the Treasury. [I guess they figured that if Judas could hold the bag, then this guy is qualified to be treasurer]. Read all about it here: http://www.foxnews.com/politics/firs...ing-pay-taxes/

The only man more qualified than Judas and Tim geithner is Tom Daeschal himself. He owes $128,000 in back taxes.

NBB...you are such a staunch Republican. I used to be a Republican...now I am more of a Libertarian. Call me a fiscal Republican with a soft spot for those who need help.

Please say something nice about Dick Cheney...he needs a few fans.

I am not a Republican. I am a conservative who believes in the conservative principles because they work. I do not support liberal Republicans like McCain.

          Amnesty for Illegals

          MM,
Please watch what your liberal have a heart buddies have proposed, as reported by Lou Dobbs. This will set you on fire--or maybe not. Illegals get tax amnesty! And they get the earned income credit and 24 hour citizenship. Hey, the liberals know how to build a nation!

I'd urge all the MM types to take a minute to view this.

I stopped posting my daily Day Trades...They are still doing well...But after the fact who cares!...People can see them almost real time anyway if they want to.

However...I have been know to do some holdovers...I have no idea why because I usually end up losing on them.

Right now I have BAC paid 5.42...UYG paid 1.93 and QID 66.90.

I guess sometimes I have flashbacks to the old days when I could actually make money on a swing and even an intermediate term trade.

QID makes sense but the other two...I musta lost my head...Doug

So here's my take...I'm not as smart or analytical as y'all but my gut feeling was that Obama & Co. could not let C fail so I went in thinking long term but got sidetracked and decided to just make some quick cash & got out today but now I come to this...AIG:

My gut feeling is that the public hates this company, not such a warm & fuzzy feeling about it... but it's sitting there so cheap. I've already lost some on it but I'm thinking of getting back in there.. Yay or nay?

find out if the new systematic regulator thing proposed by giethner (gov taking on non banks like FDIC takes over banks) wipes off the shares. if it does nay. otherwise it looks cheap.

AIG will prob be taken over after the new "systematic regulator" thing is passed. Obama hinted at it during his economy speech at Gorge town. However in the same speech he said taking over banks was ruled out (he said it would cost more and would undermine confidence).

So if your going AIG you gotta watch out and get out before new regulations are passed. Banks will not be nationalized unless another shoe drops.

Oh and the stress tests are for determining which banks need more gov money, (if they cant raise it from private sector). In other words they wont be gone if they fail the test. But their stocks are likely to suffer for at least the short term if they fail it.
