PSEC - 5 million share offering

I guess the fact I took profits on low volume was a good thing...a real good thing considering...

I thought I'd make a new post for those who are long on PSEC since this is need to know information. I still plan on buying it back when it gets cheap as the dividends are great.

They'll find out as soon as they log on today & find their shares down a dollar overnight.

As a newbie who got caught 3 times recently(ETFC, F & FIG) with "share offerings" I'd like to say that the fact that companies can do this at the drop of a hat to raise more capital is borderline criminal IMO.

My limit order to short PSEC didn't go through this morning--the price dropped too quick on me Would have had a good 50 cent gain, but that's how it goes. I still like the dividends for PSEC and will be buying back when they roll around. They also lowered their EPS a week or two ago and considering they had the offering coming out, I'm guessing they will either meet or beat estimates next quarter.

I told my wife I was issuing shares in myself to raise capital and she devalued me so I withdrew the offering.
