Hi, and welcome to the board. As I don't have a IBD subscription myself, which forms an important part of the screens, see the homepage of $$$Mr. Market$$$ (or How my Stock Picking Model Works in the Reference section of this board for the original version), I did exactly that, for US stocks. See Mimicking MrMarket, an approximation using Moneycentral. It is the backbone of my Marketocracy fund, now running since February 2002, with a current annualized return of 6.2% (DOW, S&P and Nasdaq are negative over the same period).

My implementation is not for the faint of heart: in the last 12 months my fund lost over 70% of its value. Its characteristics are that it overreacts in the direction of the market, and that the overreaction to the upside more than compensates for the overreaction to the downside. It is now at about 60% down from its all-time high on May 20, 2008, a ~45% gain from the lowest low since the all-time high on Nov 20, 2008.
