IIC, Am doing an experiment with First Call's highest rated. I noticed ULBI dropped 8.6% from 10/25 to 11/1 and retained its #2 rating . Others , in the short time I've been observing have been dropped or lowered with such a weekly loss. Thought I'd take a chance and buy some and it went up over 5% today. This is a short term holding and maybe nothing will come of it , but then again it might keep things a little exciting compared to the longer term holdings.
p.s. was a little disappointed in WITS today considering how well most of the others did , hope this isn't a bad sign

We had two Cup w/ Handle breakouts on at least 1.5x ADV... TOL & DGX


WITS fell off the 1st Call list...many of the technicals don't look so hot now...but the STO and bb's look fine.

Question??? Many watch for a 50/200 dma crossover...but I was wondering if others use different crossover periods...say 20/40?

IIC, What is your experience with the 50/200 dma crossover? I never paid that much attention to it , but wondered about it when it appeared on the charts.Is it a starting point or the sign of overextension? Thanks.

Thank You Webs...there are 2 reasons that it will remain Free...

1) I enjoy it

2) When I go on vacation it won't be updated(I can't take all my software w/ me...Well, actually I could...but then it wouldn't be a vacation)...But I will post those dates so people don't think I dropped off the face of the Earth.

Probably drive over Thursday and come back Saturday...but I'll still be able to update the scans that weekend...no problem.

I went to the Money Show in Chicago in June...Used some free SW Air coups...the show wasn't that great but I went with a trading buddy and met some Internet friends for dinner...The highlight of the 3 night trip was hitting the Casino in Indiana and the Boat ride on Lake Michigan. Plus I had some great Chinese food in Chinatown.
