Impressive array of screens. Would you mind giving up the size of the individual screens? They all seem to be across your desk with that as the control point. Real neat.

Originally posted by B.JDoug, pretty crappy market performance in the face of good news. I saw the futures up big before going to work, then when getting to work, the market is down. Pretty much says it all IMO.
My longer term holdings were 4 up 4 dn...led by WTSLA which I bot on 3/7. But my large holding, WITS, is getting to be a drag. Seems like I am tying up too much money for a small gain.
I'm concentrating on moving groups now for short term trades...I did make a news play a couple of days ago...CEPH...but I scratched...I like to trade news but I really don't have the time to do so much anymore.
IBD says the Top Group yesterday was Textiles...but I ignore that group...there are only 7 stocks in it and HWG is so heavily weighted. In fact, it was the only stock in the whole group that was up yesterday. Need to understand which groups are meaningless...If the group has Miscellaneous or Diversified in its name...I usually don't pay much attention to it...IICLast edited by IIC; 04-02-2005, 12:51 PM."Trade What Is Happening...Not What You Think Is Gonna Happen"

Did I get sucked in. Are you saying that that is a picture of someone else's desk and setup. You're right about the sizeable task of watching all of it. I'm working on my 3rd screen, just getting it setup, and it takes alot of time to watch it all on just two, but will eliminate alot of switching back and forth between programs which will save some time.
Anyway that was an impressive array whoever it belongs to.THE SKIRACER'S EDGE: MAKE THE EDGE IN YOUR FAVOR

Yikes!!!
Looks like Monday's are the worst trading days on the Naz back to 1971...And to top it off, April 4th is the worst day of the year on average.

Lost on ABLE...made a nickel on MSSN...overall, minimal damage...As long as my up days are better than my down days are a downer...should be no problem. I am getting close to cashing out on all my longer term holdings and just day/swing trading.
